1. AzZumur IT Design will not use, sell or loan Customer data unlawfully or pass on this information to third parties. The Customer's privacy is extremely important to us.
2. AzZumur IT Design uses SSL security (secure socket layer encryption) for the customer account area. This encrypts data into a code, and is designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information. When you are in a secure area employing SSL the letters "http" in the URL change to "https".
3. The Company will keep confidential any information it holds about a Customer which is of a confidential nature unless the Customer gives its permission or it is required to do so by law or other competent authorities.
4. Any exchange of information between the Company and the Customer such as electronic mail may not be secure given the current state of the Internet. Email is not a secure communication medium and can transmit computer viruses to your system. It is the Customer's responsibilty to scan any transmitted emails to detect any viruses. AzZumur IT Design accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted by emails.
5. Any passwords supplied by the Company will be given in writing to the Customer. The Customer will be responsible for it's safe keeping and must not disclose their password to anyone. AzZumur IT Design encourages Customers to change their passwords frequently
